Schedule Rooms, Make Changes and Instantly Sync Calendars

While viewing the meeting schedule on a room’s external Modero Touch Panel,

users can “grab” the room for an impromptu meeting and select meeting

duration in 15-minute increments.

As impromptu meetings are scheduled on the touch panel, they are

automatically “reserved” as unavailable in all calendars. When the meeting

is over, one simple touch on the panel frees the room and writes the room’s

availability to the calendars.

If a meeting is about to end and there is no other meeting scheduled, a pop-

up on the touch panel will invite meeting attendees to extend the meeting in

15-minute increments. All calendars will reﬂect this new information.
