If you want to ... Then ...

add a location as a via point

(waypoint) on your trip

tap the undock button or tap the docked menu in Slide Touch™ mode and then

switch to the Turns screen.

Tap New Via Point. Select the way you want to add a via point. When a new via point is

added, your route will be recalculated. (See “How do I create a trip with multiple stops?”

on page 26 for details.)

delete a via point (waypoint)

from your trip

tap the undock button or tap the docked menu in Slide Touch™ mode and then

switch to the Turns screen.

Tap the via point you want to delete and then tap Delete Via Point. When a via point is

deleted, your route will be recalculated. (See “How do I create a trip with multiple stops?”

on page 26 for details.)

change your route preferences tap the undock button or tap the docked menu in Slide Touch™ mode. You can change the

following settings on the Overview screen:

z Mode - Car or Walking mode

z Map - 3D or 2D map view

z Other Options - sets your route preferences (See “How do I set my route

preferences?” on page 10 for details.)
